NURSERY ADMISSION PROCESS FOR 2026-2027

Child must be within the age of 3 to 4 years as on 01.04.2026.

(Date of birth between 01-04-2022 – 01-04-2023)

Online Registration is on 01.12.2025. Time : 08:00 am .

 

STEPS TO FILL THE FORM ONLINE

Application Form and Acknowledgement Receipt        Submit along with the required documents. Late comers will not be considered.           
(REGISTRATION FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED)              

 

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. FORMS ARE LIMITED. DISTRIBUTION OF FORMS WILL STOP AUTOMATICALLY ONCE THE
    DESIRED RESULT IS OBTAINED. SO PLEASE HURRY UP! 
  2. FORMS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IN THE SCHOOL.
  3. Father’s Email ID is compulsory.
  4. Birth Certificate either from NAGAR PALIKA or NAGAR NIGAM.
  5. Adhaar card of Child.
  6. Adhaar card of Parents.
  7. Photograph of the child to be affixed on the space given on the application form.
  8. Recent postcard size photograph of child along with Parents.
  9. BLOOD GROUP OF CHILD IS MANDATORY.
  10. Incomplete forms and manually edited forms will be rejected and will not be called for
    the verification of the documents.
  11. Name of the selected students will be displayed on school notice board. Also it will be
    available on school website     www.dbslakhimpur.in
